Prosthodontics is the specialty of dentistry that reconstructs teeth.

  • Prostheses and Covers: when we have broken teeth and therefore can not chew properly, we can make crowns. Crowns reconstruct the original shape of the teeth and also the ability to chew.

THE CARE OF THE PROSTHESIS

By making personalized and individualized prostheses for each patient, they do not need more care than natural teeth. Brush three times a day for three minutes and floss once a day. We recommend two visits per year to the dentist.

WHITENING IS BAD FOR TEETH

In Blasi Clínica Dental we mainly use whitening at home in low concentration during a short period of time. We decide the concentration and time depending on the amount of staining that the patient presents. When done in this way, whitening is not harmful because it only cleans the tooth without causing any damage.

ARE CROWNS PAINFUL?

Crowns have the function of reconstruct teeth to their original size. They are made individually and personalized, therefore, they do not hurt or bother.
